If you were creating a sign-post that stood at the front of YOUR PLACE and that sign pointed out 5 ways in which you help create the perfect customer experience – what would those 5 signs say?
To discuss, explore and understand the part each individual plays in creating the perfect customer journey.
First a series of games that get everybody thinking about the role they play in delivering that great customer experience.
They are then split into groups and are then given a sign-post and 5 signs upon which they must discuss and then present the five most important ways in which they believe that they make a difference. Each group then has a photo taken with their sign.
A great big conversation amongst staff as to what they add to the experience, an opportunity to share and learn from others and a set of photos that can be shared internally and on social media
